How it works
A pest control request is almost always urgent and unpleasant: someone found bed bugs or roaches and wants them gone. The quiz captures that lead before the client calls someone else. The first question is where the treatment is needed, indoors or outdoors on the property, and the next one depends on it: the size of the space or of the lot, both set with sliders that you can use in the estimate.
The goal (prevention or elimination) and the type of pest determine the method and the product: ticks, ants, spiders, roaches, bed bugs and fleas are all different jobs. The question about pets isn't about price but about safety: the crew needs to know whether animals have to be moved out and when it's safe to come back. Add-on services (odor removal, dust treatment, ozone treatment) are a natural upsell.
A word on honesty. Work with chemicals has to follow health and safety rules, and the client should be told in advance how long to stay out of the space and what to put away. Don't promise “gone for good”: bed bugs and roaches can come back from neighboring apartments.
