Where ScoreApp is stronger
ScoreApp is built around the scorecard: an assessment that scores answers across categories and gives each person a personalized results page with recommendations and a next step. Its AI drafts the questions, the scoring, the results and the landing page from a description of your business.
- PDF reports. On its higher plans, ScoreApp creates a dynamic PDF with the results and emails it. LeadForms does not generate PDF reports.
- A landing page included. The scorecard comes with its own opt-in page. In LeadForms the quiz has its own public link and embeds on your site with one code, but there is no landing page builder.
- Email marketing tools. ScoreApp connects directly to HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Keap, GoHighLevel and others, and sends abandon emails on its higher plans. LeadForms has no native email marketing integrations: those tools connect through Zapier.
- A/B testing. Its top plans include split testing.
If you sell a high-ticket program and your hook is a detailed diagnostic report, ScoreApp is a great fit. If what you need is an interested customer messaging you with a price estimate and a phone number, read on.
What LeadForms does differently
- A quote calculator with formulas. Besides points, you can assign a value to each answer: the person sees an amount or a range before leaving their contact details. That is how the quote calculator works, useful for services with variable pricing: remodeling, clinics, agencies, events.
- Points, branching and multiple results. Each option adds points, questions change with branching logic and each profile lands on its own result screen. That is enough for a scorecard or a simple assessment.
- Leads arrive on WhatsApp. The alert with the answers goes instantly to WhatsApp, Telegram or email, so you can message the customer within minutes.
- Native Kommo. The lead goes straight into your Kommo pipeline, no middleman. There is also Bitrix24, webhooks and Zapier.
- Built for Spanish and Portuguese too. LeadForms has its templates and guides in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which helps if you serve Hispanic clients in the US or customers in Latin America and Brazil.
- 450+ templates for 19 industries, plus an AI quiz builder that generates a quiz from one sentence.
- Booking after the quiz. The thank-you screen can redirect to your Calendly or Cal.com page so the person books a call.

Pay per lead, not per response
In ScoreApp, every plan caps live scorecards and monthly responses. In LeadForms you pay per lead, meaning per person who left their contact details: visitors who answer and leave do not count, and you can run several quizzes at once to test offers. You get 20 free leads when you sign up, with no expiration; after that, $0.20 per lead or from $0.15 per lead with the 100-lead pack. If you prefer a flat rate, unlimited plans start at $19/month. Full details are on the pricing page.
How to get started
There is no automatic import from ScoreApp. Describe in one sentence what you want to assess or quote and the AI builds the quiz, or pick an industry template. Copy over your questions, assign points, create the result screens and turn on WhatsApp alerts. Then share the quiz link or embed it on your site: a ready quiz in 10 minutes.
