What makes a quote calculator inside a quiz work
The formula: you build it yourself with your mouse, without developers or code.

Why you need a quote calculator on your website
Almost everyone arrives with the same question: “how much does it cost?”. If there is no answer, they go look for it at a competitor. The calculator answers instantly and turns that interest into a lead with specs.
The customer gets a number
Not “leave your details and we will call you”, but a specific amount based on their choices, on screen, in a minute.
Your team gets a brief
Along with the phone number come the answers: square footage, type of work, timing. The conversation starts with what matters, not with an interrogation.
Poor fits filter themselves out
Once they see the ballpark, people without that budget leave on their own, before taking up your sales team's time.
Share the quote calculator as a link
If you run ads, have a social media profile or a WhatsApp Business account, the simplest option is to share the quiz link. No website needed.

How to set it up
Four steps in the quiz editor. You build the formula by clicking operators and variables, without writing code.
Open the calculator
“Editor” tab → “Results” step → “Set up calculator” button.
Assign values
A number for each answer option. Quick fill with 100, 500, 1000 and 5000.
Build the formula
Operators and variables in one click. The result is calculated right below the formula.
Check it in preview
Go through the answers and make sure the total comes out right before saving.
Step by step, with screenshots, in the calculator setup guide.
Who it is for
The calculator works where the price depends on several parameters and does not fit in one line of a price list.
Windows, doors and ceilings
Quantity, size, frame profile and installation: classic formula-based pricing.
Remodeling and finishing
Square footage by type of work, plus materials. See the remodeling templates.
Home building
Floor area, wall material, number of floors and finishes: the price follows from the inputs.
Custom furniture
Cabinet length, fronts, appliances. See the custom kitchen templates.
Cleaning and services
Area, type of cleaning and frequency: the estimate almost builds itself.
Moving and transport
Distance, volume, movers and floor: calculated the same way.
What to keep in mind to make it work
The calculator computes whatever you give it. Three things that usually stop it from bringing in leads.
Do not promise an exact price
If the total depends on a measurement, show a range. An honest range builds more trust than a nice number that changes later.
Keep the calculation short
Every extra question loses part of your audience. Aim for 4 to 6 questions, even if there are more parameters.
Test the extremes of the formula
Run through the cheapest and the most expensive scenario. A misplaced parenthesis shows up right at the extreme values.
