Widgets for your website

A pop-up with your promotion, your Google reviews, a prize wheel and a messaging button. You create widgets in the same dashboard as your quizzes and install them with one code. They are free: you only pay for leads from the pop-up form.

Eight widgets in one dashboard

Each one does a different job: capture a lead, keep a visitor who is about to leave, show your reviews, or offer an easy way to get in touch. Turn on one or several at once: they do not get in each other’s way.

Pick a widget by goal

Start with the problem that hurts most today. Add the other widgets with the same code when you need them.

Get leads

A pop-up form for callback requests and bookings, and a prize wheel: a phone number in exchange for a prize.

Keep visitors from leaving

A pop-up with a discount when someone tries to close the tab, or the prize wheel at that same moment.

Build trust

Google reviews, a video greeting from your expert, and stories with your work and your team.

Make contact easy

A multi-button with messaging apps and a call option, plus a “Request a call” tab in the corner of the screen.

Widgets and quizzes work together

The widget prompts the visitor to act, and the quiz helps them figure out what they need and leave a detailed request. You build quizzes in the LeadForms quiz maker, in the same dashboard.

The button opens the quiz

In the pop-up, mini banner, video greeting, stories and multi-button, the button can open your quiz on top of the page. The visitor stays on your website.

One code for everything

If a LeadForms quiz is already on your website, you need no new code: widgets run on the same script.

All leads in one place

Leads from the pop-up form and the prize wheel arrive like quiz leads: the same notifications by email, WhatsApp and Telegram, and the same CRM.

When and to whom to show it

A widget that pops up on everyone at once is annoying. You set display rules in the editor, no code needed.

At the right moment

A few seconds after the page opens, at a set scroll depth, when the visitor tries to leave, after a pause in activity, or not before the second or third page. Or only when someone clicks the side tab or an element on your website.

No endless repeats

On every page, once per visit, or at most once every N minutes. The widget stops showing once the visitor clicks the button, submits a request, or after the number of views you choose.

Only to your audience

Pages you pick by URL, visits from a specific campaign by UTM tags, mobile only or desktop only. A campaign offer stays hidden from everyone else.

On a schedule

Start and end dates of the promotion, hours and days of the week in the visitor’s time zone. A weekend promo turns on and off by itself.

Analytics and A/B tests

Each widget has its own analytics tab. It shows how many people saw it, how many clicked it and how many left a request.

Funnel per widget

Views, clicks and leads for the period, a daily chart, conversion, and a mobile vs. desktop breakdown.

A/B test

Several versions of the same widget. Each visitor always sees the same version, the dashboard compares results, and the “Keep this one” button ends the test.

Goals in Google Analytics

Enter your measurement ID, and widget interactions are sent to Google Analytics as events, next to the rest of your website analytics.

Pricing

Widgets do not need a separate plan. You only pay for pop-up form leads, the same way as for quiz leads. See full pricing.

Widgets are free

You create and show the pop-up, mini banner, multi-button, video greeting, stories, reviews, prize wheel and pop-up form for free.

Prize wheel and reviews leads are free

Phone numbers people leave to spin the wheel and complaints from the “What went wrong?” form are not billed.

Pop-up form leads follow your plan

Same as quiz leads: billed according to your plan. The Unlimited+ subscription for 10 quizzes does not cover widget leads.

How to add it to your website

No developer needed. You paste the code once, then turn widgets on and edit them in your LeadForms dashboard. Step-by-step instructions for each platform are in our guides.

Create the widget

Open the Widgets section in your dashboard and pick a type. Text and colors come prefilled with an example, so you only adapt them to your business.

Check the preview

The editor shows the widget on a website mockup and applies changes instantly. The “As on the site” mode lets you check when it will appear.

Paste the code once

One code for all the widgets in your account. If a LeadForms quiz is already on your website, there is nothing to paste: widgets run on the same script. The dashboard checks on its own that the code is in place.

Where it works

On any website where you can paste code, including through Google Tag Manager.

Frequently asked questions

Eight: pop-up, mini banner, pop-up form, prize wheel, Google reviews, multi-button, video greeting and stories. You create all of them in the Widgets section of your LeadForms dashboard.
The widgets are free. Leads from the prize wheel and from the “What went wrong?” form in the reviews widget are free too. Pop-up form leads are billed like quiz leads, according to your plan; the Unlimited+ subscription for 10 quizzes does not cover them. Pricing.
No. Widgets run on the same script as the quiz. Just create and publish the widget in your dashboard.
Yes. The button in the pop-up, mini banner, video greeting and stories, and an item in the multi-button menu can open your quiz on top of the page.
No. Widgets in the same corner stack instead of overlapping, and only one is open at a time. On mobile, corner widgets other than the multi-button appear after the first scroll so they do not cover the buttons on the first screen.
The script loads widgets after the page, once the browser is idle, and only if your account has active widgets.
Any website where you can paste code: WordPress, Wix, Bitrix24, custom-built sites, and also through Google Tag Manager. A widget works only on the website addresses you specify when you publish it.
