Where Fillout is stronger
Fillout is a general-purpose builder for forms, surveys and quizzes. Its big advantage is data: it creates and updates records in Airtable, Notion, Salesforce and HubSpot, and can store submissions in databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. It has 50+ native integrations, automated workflows, PDF generation and signatures.
It also handles payments and scheduling. It has Stripe payment pages (one-time, subscription or pay what you want) and a scheduling page with its own scheduler, Calendly or Cal.com. LeadForms does none of this: the quiz has no payments and no built-in scheduling. If you need to take payments inside the form, let people book a meeting without leaving it, or keep an Airtable or Notion base up to date, Fillout is the better choice for you.
The closest LeadForms gets to booking: the thank-you screen can redirect to any URL, such as your Calendly or Cal.com booking page.
A form you configure vs a ready-made quiz funnel
You can build a quiz in Fillout too, with scoring, calculations and multiple ending pages, but you assemble it yourself on top of a form. In LeadForms the quiz is designed as a lead generation funnel from the start: first it hooks, then it qualifies, and at the end it asks for contact details.
- An offer on the start screen. People know from the start what they get when they finish: a price, a discount, a recommendation.
- One question per screen, with branching. Each answer can lead to a different question (branching logic) and to its own result. There are 12 question types.
- A quote calculator with formulas. The person sees an amount or a range based on their inputs before leaving their contact details. That is how the quote calculator works.
- Contact details at the end. Name and phone are requested once there is interest, not on the first screen.
- Leads to WhatsApp and Kommo. Alerts arrive instantly on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and the Kommo integration is native. There are also Bitrix24, Zapier and webhooks to Make, n8n or your own system.
- 450+ quiz templates for 19 industries, plus an AI quiz builder that generates a quiz from one sentence.

Pay per lead, not per response
Fillout plans come with a monthly response limit (except the top plan), and every submission counts, whether or not it includes useful contact details. In LeadForms you pay per lead, meaning per person who left their contact details. You can open the quiz to all your traffic and test offers without watching a submission limit. You get 20 free leads when you sign up, with no expiration; after that, $0.20 per lead or from $0.15 per lead with the 100-lead pack. If you prefer a flat rate, unlimited plans start at $19/month. Full details are on the pricing page.
How to get started
There is no automatic import from Fillout. Take a template for your industry or generate the quiz with AI, adjust the questions and publish it: the quiz has its own link for ads and social media, and you embed it on your website with a single code from the Publishing tab. A quiz ready in 10 minutes. Your Fillout forms can keep doing what they do well, such as payments, bookings or Airtable records.
