Where Jotform is stronger
Jotform is a general-purpose form builder with a huge template catalog: orders, registrations, applications, surveys and almost any other use case. It also accepts payments through gateways such as PayPal or Stripe.
LeadForms does not accept payments: the quiz has no checkout and no cart. If you need to take payments inside the form (ticket sales, paid registrations, orders or donations), Jotform is the better choice for you. LeadForms is for getting the contact details of an interested customer so your team can close the sale later.
A form vs a quiz funnel
A form collects data. A LeadForms quiz is built as a lead generation funnel: first it hooks, then it qualifies, and at the end it asks for contact details.
- An offer on the start screen. People know from the start what they get when they finish.
- One question per screen, with branching. Each answer can lead to a different question and its own result. There are 12 question types.
- A quote calculator with formulas. The person sees an amount or a range based on their inputs before leaving their contact details. That is how the quote calculator works.
- Contact details at the end. Name and phone are requested once there is interest, not on the first screen.
- Instant alerts. The lead goes to your email, WhatsApp or Telegram, your LeadForms dashboard and your CRM: native Kommo, Bitrix24, webhooks or ApiX-Drive.
- Over 400 quiz templates for 19 industries, plus an AI quiz builder that generates a quiz from one sentence.

Pay per lead, not per response volume
In LeadForms you pay per lead, meaning per person who left their contact details. You can open the quiz to all your traffic and test offers without watching a submission limit. You get 20 free leads when you sign up, with no expiration; after that, $0.20 per lead or from $0.15 per lead with the 100-lead pack. If you prefer a flat rate, unlimited plans start at $19/month. Full details are on the pricing page.
How to get started
There is no automatic import from Jotform. Take a template for your industry or generate the quiz with AI, adjust the questions and publish: a quiz ready in 10 minutes. Your current forms can keep doing what they do well, such as payments.
