Why add a quiz to a WordPress website

You already have traffic from Google, ads or social media. The problem is that most visitors read, find no price and leave without a trace. A quiz gives them a reason to stay and leave their contact details.

More inquiries from the same traffic

A contact form converts 2–5% of visits. A quiz converts 15–25%: up to 4–6x more inquiries without paying for a single extra click.

Leads with the answers included

Besides name and phone, you know what the person needs, their budget and their timeline. The first call starts with what matters.

No theme or code changes

The quiz does not depend on your WordPress theme or page builder. You edit it in LeadForms and changes show up on your website without pasting anything again.

What you can build for WordPress

One editor for any lead capture format, from a short questionnaire to a quote calculator with a formula.

Quiz with branching logic

Questions change based on previous answers. There are 12 question types to build the flow. More in the branching logic guide.

Quote calculator for WordPress

Assign a value to each answer, build the formula, and the customer sees their price at the end. That is how the online quote calculator works.

Multi-step form

If you only need to collect details, split them into short steps. One question at a time is less tiring than a long single-screen form.

Results and recommendations

Based on the answers, the quiz shows the product, service or plan that fits the person.

Scored tests

Tests with correct answers and scored surveys, for training, courses or lead qualification.

AI quiz from one sentence

Describe your business in one sentence and AI builds the quiz: questions, options and start page. Then adjust it as you like.

How to add a quiz to WordPress

No plugins and no developer: everything happens in the WordPress block editor, on the post or page where you want the quiz.

1. Build the quiz

From a template for your industry or with AI. A quiz ready in 10 minutes.

2. Copy the code

In “Publish” → “On website”, choose the format and copy the <head> code.

3. Paste it into WordPress

In the post, click “+”, add a “Custom HTML” block and paste the code, followed right after by the button code.

4. Update the post

Click “Update”: the button appears on the page and opens the quiz on click.

Step by step with screenshots in the guide to adding a quiz to WordPress.

Formats: how the quiz looks on your page

You choose the format in the quiz “Publish” tab, and the code always goes into the same “Custom HTML” block.

Button

A button on the page opens the quiz in a pop-up. You can also use a button you already have: give it the link #popup:Leadforms_ID.

Banner

An eye-catching banner with your offer, such as “Get your price in 2 minutes”, that leads to the quiz.

Inline block

The quiz is embedded in the content, between the paragraphs of the post. See the setup in the inline quiz guide.

Auto-open

The quiz opens by itself: on page load, after a delay, or when someone tries to leave the website.

Want a separate page? The quiz also works by direct link or on your own domain, and you can add that link to your WordPress menu.

Where inquiries go

Every lead arrives with the quiz answers. Choose one or more destinations.

Dashboard, email and alerts

All leads are saved in your LeadForms dashboard and sent to your email. If you like, you also get an alert in WhatsApp or Telegram.

CRM

Native Kommo integration in “Settings” → “Integrations”, plus a Bitrix24 connection.

Spreadsheets and other services

Via webhook to your own system, or through ApiX-Drive to 50+ services, including Google Sheets.

To track your ads, connect Google Analytics, the Meta pixel or Google Tag Manager.
