How it works

Choosing a trainer isn't about price, it's about fit: goal, level and schedule. The template asks exactly that. What the person wants: lose weight, build muscle, improve their health, stay in shape, learn to do the splits. What their level is, from “no experience” to “I work out on my own regularly.” How many workouts per week they plan, on a slider, and what time works for them.

The time question (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends) matters more than the rest: it shows right away which trainer to suggest, and a matching schedule is the main factor in whether a client sticks around. The health question is simple in the template: “yes” or “no.” You don't need to collect health details in the quiz: health information is sensitive data, depending on your local regulations, and the trainer clarifies it at the first meeting. A “yes” is a signal that a doctor's clearance comes first.

In the result, show two or three trainers with profile cards: a choice of three gives the client a sense of control. And don't promise outcomes like “guaranteed weight loss in a month”: they depend on the person, and promises like that are a common source of complaints. The start date at the end turns interest into a booked first workout.

No. Health information is sensitive data, depending on your local regulations. A “yes/no” answer is enough, and the trainer clarifies the details at the first meeting.
No. The outcome depends on the person, and specific promises turn into complaints. It's more honest to talk about the approach and consistency.
