How it works
For a stretching studio, the trial class is the main conversion: someone who comes once and likes it usually stays. That's why the quiz is short: four steps, two choices, one slider and one optional field. There's no point asking about fitness level and schedules before the person has even come to class.
The trial class date comes first: it's what matters most to the front desk. Age is asked with a slider, so you know which group to book them into. The goal (a healthy back, a toned body, recovery, relaxation) is for the instructor: they use it to plan the trial class and then offer a membership.
Here's what to think through in your wording. Stretching ads that promise therapeutic effects quickly become a problem: “fixes your posture” or “cures back pain” are claims about a medical service, and a stretching studio isn't one. Describe classes through feelings and experience (flexibility, relaxation, mobility), not as treatment. A booking discount, like the one in the template, works well: the decision to try a class is made quickly, and a small bonus keeps people from putting it off.
