How to connect a quiz to Admitad

Quiz leads are credited to your affiliates as valid actions
What the integration does
Admitad, part of the Mitgo group, is an affiliate network: affiliates send you traffic and you pay for completed actions. The integration notifies Admitad of every quiz lead so the network credits it to the affiliate who brought it.
To make this work, you enter four values from your Admitad advertiser account in the quiz settings.
What you need first
Your Admitad program needs a generated affiliate link and at least one action with a rate, in “Program” → “Actions and rates”.
If you have an account manager at Admitad, they handle this.
Get the codes from your Admitad account
1. In your advertiser account, open “Program” → “Integration” and click “Next”.
2. On the integration methods page, open the “Custom integration” tab, choose Postback and click “Next”.
3. In the top table, which holds the unique values of your program, copy campaign_code and postback_key.
4. In the second table, find the action and its rate: the “Action code” column gives you action_code, and the “Rate code” column gives you tariff_code.
Connect the integration in LeadForms
Open the quiz → “Settings” → “Integrations” → the Admitad card → “Connect” and fill in the four fields:

Program codecampaign_code127765c902
Rate codetariff_code1
Identification keypostback_key99ECF3C036f88026c20E1F92ed9D559a
Action codeaction_code1
Turn on the “Enable Admitad” toggle and click “Save”.
If the quiz has a single action, enter its codes. If your program has several actions with different rates, create a separate action and rate pair for each quiz and enter those codes.
Check that actions come through
1. Open the website with the quiz through your Admitad affiliate link, or open any page with the ?admitad_uid=test parameter.
2. Complete the whole quiz and submit the form.
3. In your Admitad account, open “Reports” → “By actions”: the action shows up within an hour. The “Order ID” column holds the LeadForms lead number.
4. If the action doesn't appear, open “Program” → “Integration” → “Integration test”: the log shows every request from LeadForms and the error if Admitad rejected it. It is almost always a typo in one of the four codes.
What is sent
Admitad receives a “Lead” action request: the program code, postback key, action and rate codes, the admitad_uid visit ID, the LeadForms lead number (order_id) and the quiz number (product_id).
The customer's personal data (name, phone, email and answers) is not sent to Admitad.
Quiz widget on your website
The admitad_uid ID arrives in the URL of the page the affiliate link points to. The LeadForms script stores it in a cookie for 90 days, so the lead is credited even if the person takes the quiz on another page or comes back later.
Nothing else to set up. If your website already stores admitad_uid on its own, that's fine.
Quiz on a direct link or your own domain
The Admitad affiliate link must point to the quiz URL: Admitad adds the admitad_uid parameter, and LeadForms reads it from the quiz URL.
If actions are not credited
— A lead without admitad_uid is not sent to Admitad, which is expected when the visit didn't come from the network.
— Check that the toggle is on and that all four codes are copied without spaces.
— Admitad uses a last paid click model. If, after the affiliate link, the person also arrives from a paid ad, Admitad may not credit the action: source deduplication is set up on your website and is explained in the Admitad help center.
— Actions are sent only if your LeadForms lead balance is positive.
