Use this template for your business
How it works
Sellers rarely manage to put the task into words: they say "I need nice listings" and send a link to a competitor. The quiz turns that into a brief. The first question is the product category: cosmetics, home goods, electronics, sports. Each category has its own visual language, and that's the first thing a designer needs to know.
The second question is picking a design by image. This is the most useful part: instead of an abstract "make it modern," the client points to a specific option, including a "custom design" option for those who don't want a template. Then comes the scope of work: just the main image, adapting the design to a similar product, moving the design to another marketplace (from Amazon to Etsy, for example), a cover video, a package of several listings. That's your price list, broken into items the client understands.
The last question is the deadline. In this niche it matters more than it seems: sellers often come right before a launch or a sales season, and a "needed it yesterday" request costs more. When the date arrives with the brief, you see immediately whether the job fits your schedule and don't waste messages finding out the obvious.
