How it works
Gutters are a service people remember in the fall or when water is already running down the wall. The client needs to understand two things: what's wrong with the system and how much it costs. The template starts by asking when the gutters were last checked: over a year ago, six months ago, never. That segments leads right away: from “never” to “less than six months ago,” the scope of work differs.
Next comes the diagnosis: whether debris has built up (leaves, branches) and how many linear feet of gutter there are. Debris determines whether cleaning is enough or flushing and repair are needed, and the footage is the basis of the estimate. The client may not know the exact length, and a rough number is enough: a slider is easier than an empty field, and the estimator confirms it on site.
The address or area at the end shows whether the property is in your service area. The template's free assessment makes sense, but don't quote an exact price before the inspection: the condition of the hangers, the height and access are only clear on site. Working at height is a topic of its own: an honest company mentions safety procedures and insurance, which builds trust. The best time to advertise is fall before the leaves drop and spring after the snow melts.
