How it works
Internet plans differ by speed, and the client usually doesn't know how much they need. The quiz answers that through tasks: messaging and chat, video calls, HD video, 4K movies, online gaming. Speed depends on those, and the number of devices (one slider for Wi-Fi and another for cable) shows the load on the network and the equipment required.
An important feature of this industry: service depends on the address. The same plan is available in one building and not in the one next door because there's no coverage there. That's why the city comes first in the template, and the result should say “we'll check availability at your address,” not “we'll connect you.” The city in the template is a “Custom field”: for an accurate check, add a question with the address or neighborhood.
For a provider, the value of this quiz is that the lead arrives with a profile: how many devices, what tasks, whether they need a router. A free router, as in the template, is a clear bonus, but spell out the promotion terms: which plans it applies to and what contract length it requires.
