How it works
The quiz opens with a greeting from the builder, with their name and photo, and that's a strong move: people order a sauna from a person, not a company. Then the questions follow the order the client thinks in: a summer sauna or a year-round one, whether there's a design, how many stories and what ceiling height, what size. After that come the foundation (post, helical pile or reinforced concrete), the walls (frame, milled timber, round logs, brick or aerated concrete), the roof, the wall finish and the floor.
The calculation is straightforward: the area is multiplied by the sum of the foundation, wall and floor values, plus a flat rate per square foot for the roof and finish. The client enters the number of posts or piles separately, but it's not part of the formula: if your foundation price depends on the number of supports, add it to the calculation. The last block asks where the sauna will stand and when to start: that affects travel and the crew's seasonal workload.
Replace the builder's name and photo with your own: a personal touch only works if it's real. And check the perk: the intro promises a 15% discount, but the discount is turned off in the quiz settings, and the client should get what they were promised. The total in the result is a ballpark figure: the crew puts together the final estimate after a site visit.
