How it works
A venue is chosen on three things: whether the format fits, whether the guests fit and whether the date is open. The template asks exactly that. Event type matters beyond price: a wedding, a corporate event, a conference and a concert call for different seating, different sound and different hours, so the venue sees right away whether it can handle the request.
The question of whether they need the whole place or just one room is about money and about coexistence: two groups on the same night don't always get along. What the client writes in the free-text field gives your coordinator something to talk about: one needs a stage, another a kids' area.
The date at the end is the main filter. The quiz doesn't see your booking calendar, so the honest thing is to write in the result that the coordinator checks the date and confirms. One more thing to explain on the page: many venues don't charge a flat rental fee but a food and beverage minimum. If that's how you work, say so in the result; otherwise the client will compare your “rental” with others and won't understand the difference.
