How it works
A custom closet doesn't sell from a price list: two units of the same width cost different amounts if one is melamine with hinged doors and the other has mirrored sliding fronts and lighting. That's why the quiz covers the same points your salesperson goes through during a measurement visit: layout, door type, dimensions, number of doors and front material.
The question about interior fittings and add-ons matters on its own: lighting, built-in mirrors, open shelving units, printed fronts. Customers usually don't count these as part of the price, and they cause the most surprises in the final quote. When people configure everything themselves, they see what the total is made of, and the negotiation shifts from "it's too expensive" to "let's drop the lighting".
The request arrives with dimensions and material, so the measurer goes out knowing the scope of work and your sales rep can sort contacts by order value: a two-door entryway closet and a full-wall walk-in need different attention. The exact price is still set by the measurement, and it's best to say so in the result, promising only what you really offer: a free visit, a consultation and the template's discount.
