How it works
Video surveillance for an apartment, a house with a yard, and a warehouse are three different sales. Everything changes: the number of cameras, the outdoor model, cable runs, night vision. The template's first question separates these scenarios, so the request is clear from the start: an apartment with two cameras and an industrial building with ten points need different crews and different budgets.
The second question is about the goal, not the hardware: theft protection, live monitoring, recordings as evidence, keeping an eye on kids or an elderly family member. Clients can put that into words, and it defines the equipment: for footage that holds up as evidence, archive and resolution matter; for watching over someone, remote access from a phone does.
Then come the things that usually surface at the last minute and blow the budget: face and license plate recognition, vandal-proof housings, smart home integration, and storage, whether local, cloud, or hybrid. Cloud means a monthly fee, and it's better for the client to learn that in the quiz than on installation day. For completing the quiz, the template offers a camera maintenance guide: in this niche, useful content works as well as a discount, because the system is bought once and used for years.
