How it works
A camera should be chosen by what it'll be used for, not by megapixels. The quiz starts with the purpose (capturing important moments, trying out photography, shooting for work, vlogging or working professionally) and narrows down the genre: portraits, events, nature, landscapes, sports. For those who shoot for work, there are questions about content and specialty: advertising, educational videos, product photography.
Then come practical questions: which is the priority, battery life or compact size; whether the shopper has experience; which type of camera they're considering (with an “I don't know, help me” option) and what matters most: low noise, fast autofocus, a rugged body, video, accessories. In the result, the quiz shows one of four cameras with a price: a DSLR for beginners, a compact cinema camera for 4K, an APS-C mirrorless or a full-frame mirrorless.
An “I don't know, help me” answer to the camera type question signals that the shopper needs advice, so that lead should be handled first. The perks in the template, free shipping and the guide “How to improve your photo print quality,” fit this niche well, but it's best to spell out the free shipping terms. Camera prices change often, so keep them up to date in the results.
