How it works
Courier delivery is a service where speed of booking matters most. The person needs to send a package “right now”, and every extra step costs you an order. That's why the template is short: package weight on a slider, whether there are fragile items, the pickup address and the delivery address. Four questions, and the request is with your dispatcher.
To be upfront about pricing: out of the box, the quiz doesn't calculate a price, because it has no result with a formula. If you want to show the cost, add a result and a formula based on weight and area: the weight comes from the slider, but the quiz can't work out the distance between addresses on its own, so it makes sense to ask for the neighborhood or delivery zone as answer options. The fragility question helps the dispatcher: packaging and the choice of courier depend on it.
One more rule: every service has a list of items it won't ship, and it's better to warn the client right in the quiz. In this format, the request arrives with the addresses already filled in, and your dispatcher only has to assign a courier instead of chasing details over the phone.
