Custom sneakers are an order where details decide everything: style, material, lining, upper and sole colors. The configurator breaks them down step by step, and the client makes most choices from pictures: classic or athletic low-tops, high-tops, zip-ups; smooth leather, embossed leather, suede or canvas. The result shows a specific model with a price.
A separate block is for notes: sole thickness, pattern, logo, embroidery, a name, a reference file and the turnaround. The template has two turnaround options: standard in 7–10 days and rush in three days for an extra fee. The riskiest part of the order is foot size. The template provides measuring instructions, an input field and a “send someone to measure at home” option for those who aren't sure, and that's the one to promote: a wrong size is the top reason for unhappy customers.
One more important point: return terms for a made-to-order item need to be stated before payment. Shoes like these are made for a specific foot and, depending on your local regulations, often can't be returned if there's nothing wrong with them; the customer should know this in advance. The quiz doesn't accept payments, and the workshop confirms the production time.
