How it works
People choose a tour based on two things: what interests them and who's coming along. The quiz starts simple, asking whether it's the visitor's first time in the city, then moves on to the group: solo, with friends or a partner, or with family and kids. If there are kids, their age is asked separately, since it shapes both the pace and the content. Then come the tour style (lively, in-depth or short) and the topics: history, architecture, food and more.
In the result, the visitor gets specific routes with prices (the historic downtown, architecture, food), and that's more convincing than any list. There's a question about special needs, so the tour can be adapted for a guest with limitations. It's useful, but keep the wording considerate and don't ask for diagnoses: it's enough to know what the person needs to enjoy the tour. Health details are sensitive data and don't belong in a quiz.
The last question is the time: morning, afternoon or evening until 8 p.m. This shows your guides' workload at a glance. The discount in the template is a clear reason to book right away, but keep it only while it's actually valid. The quiz doesn't check open spots, so the result should honestly say that a team member will confirm the group.
