How it works
The price of detailing depends on the size of the car and the set of services, and clients usually can't estimate it on their own. The quiz starts with the vehicle class (compact, sedan, crossover or full-size SUV), then asks what they're interested in: wash, interior cleaning, paint polishing or a protective coating. Each service has a follow-up question: for example, a full polish or a single panel; wax, glass coating or ceramic.
The template's calculation is transparent: the sum of the selected services is multiplied by the vehicle class value, so the same package costs more for an SUV than for a compact. The template has fifteen results, one text for each combination of services, so the client sees not an abstract number but a description of what they ordered. In the last step, they choose the date and time of their visit.
The template's 20% discount is a strong incentive, but in detailing, where tickets are high, check that it doesn't eat into your margin on ceramic coatings and polishing. The estimate is approximate: the technician assesses the paint condition in person, and the total may change after the inspection. Say so honestly in the result.
