How it works
Clients size up a shipment by three things: what needs to go, how much it weighs and what they need besides the haul itself. The quiz follows that list. Cargo type (household goods, building materials, equipment, product shipments or oversized loads), weight from “under 1 ton” to “over 10 tons”, pickup and delivery addresses, the date and extra services: loading and unloading, furniture disassembly and packing, temporary storage, personal vehicle transport, insurance.
The last question asks what matters most: price, speed or cargo safety. It tells you which of the three tiers to offer first. In the template, “Basic”, “Optimal” and “Premium” are calculated from the same base: the weight value plus extra services, and in “Optimal” and “Premium” the weight is multiplied by 1.5 and 2.5. Note that distance isn't part of the formula: the client types in the addresses as text, and the calculator can't read them. If your price depends on mileage, present the total as a ballpark and confirm it after a call.
The 10% first-order discount grows as the client moves through the quiz. That motivates them to finish, but spell out the terms: what it applies to and how long it's valid. The quiz doesn't accept payments: it calculates a ballpark and passes the lead with addresses and date to your dispatcher, and you handle the contract and billing as usual.
