How it works
The big source of confusion in home building is the package. One company quotes the shell, another the weathertight insulated house, a third the turnkey home, and the client compares numbers that can't be compared. They see a twofold difference and conclude someone is ripping them off. The quiz walks the person through the packages and shows what each one includes: the estimate stops being a stray number and becomes an explanation.
The sales cycle here is the longest of any construction niche: months pass between first interest and the contract, and leads peak in the months before building season, when people plan the year. A lead with the parameters, floor area, stories, foundation, whether they already own a lot, lets you follow up with that client using specific arguments instead of blindly reminding them you exist.
Always keep the question about whether the lot is ready: it splits contacts into those building this season and those who are just looking. You work with these two groups differently, and it's better to know the difference before the first call.
