How it works
Parents choose a private tutor, and they aren't choosing a service: they're choosing a specific person. That's why the quiz asks the questions you actually use to match a tutor: subject, grade, goal of the lessons, and even whether the child feels more comfortable with a man or a woman. The last question looks like a detail, but parents answer it gladly and it does affect whether the child sticks with that tutor.
The goal of the lessons is broken down into real scenarios: help with schoolwork, in-depth study, school tests, final exams, admission tests, academic competitions. These mean different tutors and a different pace. Preparing for an admission test in senior year and helping with fifth-grade math are two different products, and the center should see that in the lead right away.
In the template, tutor experience is tied to the price per lesson: it's an honest trade-off that parents understand easily, but the numbers are examples and you should replace them with yours. The start date at the end helps gauge urgency: before exams, a lead that says “start this week” weighs more than the rest. And a free trial lesson is the best offer in this niche: parents want to meet the tutor before paying for a course.
