How it works
Couples choose a wedding photographer based on the feeling that "this one will get us". Price comes second: they're not afraid of overpaying, they're afraid of getting photos that don't feel like them. That's why the template doesn't ask about budget, it asks about vision: where they want to be photographed and what matters most to capture: genuine emotions, decor details, the guests and the atmosphere.
The most useful question is about poses. The answers are honestly split by type: "we're camera-shy, shoot without us noticing", "we want magazine-cover photos", "half posed, half candid", "we fully trust the photographer". It's a compatibility filter both ways: a documentary-style photographer sees right away that the couple wants posed shots, and the couple doesn't have to explain it at the meeting.
The last two questions build the package: photo only, video only or both, and how many hours, whether it's just the ceremony, the full day from getting ready to the party, or two days. That's your own pricing split into clear options, so the request arrives with the estimated scope. Add the wedding date as a separate question: after all, it's the first thing you check in your calendar.
