A gym price list rarely answers the visitor's real question: how much the membership they need will cost them. The price depends on the term, the extras and the location, so people end up sending a message or leave to compare with another club. The quiz turns that question into a calculation: in step one the visitor moves a slider and picks 3 to 24 months; in step two they tap image cards for the extras they care about (pool, steam room and sauna, group classes, tanning booth); in step three they choose the location most convenient for them.
At the end the quote calculator shows the personal membership cost based on your formula, along with the discount and bonus from the start screen. The template offer is 20% off plus three free personal training sessions with a membership; swap in whatever promotion you are running. To see their price, the visitor leaves a phone number or email, and the request arrives with all their answers: your front desk already knows the term, the extras and the preferred location.
The template adapts to your club: the slider range, the list of extras with photos, your location addresses and the prices in the formula are all edited in the builder. If you have one location, remove the location question; if you sell family memberships or day passes, add a step. The quiz does not take payments or sell memberships online: it calculates the price and collects the request, and you close the sale at the front desk or by phone.
