How it works
Here the decision isn't made by the person who'll attend the classes. Parents aren't won over by a schedule or a list of programs: they care about what will change in their child. That's why the template doesn't ask about a convenient time, but about the child: how old they are, what strengths the parents have noticed, what concerns them about their upbringing, what skills they'd like to develop.
Age is the first question because in kids' centers it's a hard filter: groups are formed by age, and half of all inquiries drop off right there. Better to know up front than to explain on the call that there's no such activity for a three-year-old.
The questions about strengths and challenges are also engaging: the parent starts thinking about their child and finishes the quiz almost without noticing. Choose your wording carefully: the quiz helps choose an activity, it doesn't assess the child or diagnose anything. All questions can be edited to match your activities and age groups.
