Use this template for your business
How it works
A business shoot is almost always an urgent task: they're launching a website, updating product listings on a marketplace, opening a new location. No one has time to fill out a twenty-point brief, so the template is short: format, location, date. Three steps to the request.
The format defines everything else. A team portrait session, a product shoot for listings and an interior shoot for a venue need different equipment, different lighting and different amounts of time. The shoot location (studio, outdoors or the client's premises) is the other half of the quote: travel and working in someone else's space are priced differently from a studio day.
If you want to expand the quiz, don't add questions about taste; add what affects the price: how many shots are edited, whether retouching is needed, how many people or products need to be photographed. And put examples right in the format question: your own work instead of stock images, so the client sees your style immediately. The quiz doesn't manage your calendar: you confirm the date.
