How it works
People choose a washing machine quickly, based on three things: how much laundry at once, how much electricity it uses and what else it can do besides wash. The template is exactly that: three questions, nothing extra. For product finders, that's the right length: the person didn't come to take a test but to figure out what to buy.
Load capacity is directly tied to household size, and it's worth hinting at that in the options themselves: a compact drum for one or two people, a mid-size one for a family, a large one if they wash often and in large loads. A hint like this inside the answers saves the shopper some thinking and builds trust in the recommendation.
Features come separately because they're what drives the price: a built-in dryer costs considerably more than a regular washer. At the end, it makes sense to show two or three models at different prices with a short explanation of the difference. The quiz doesn't close the sale (it has no cart and no payments): its job is to collect contact details and hand your sales rep a shopper whose needs are already clear.
