How it works
When matching a loan, almost everything comes down to two things: how the applicant will verify income and what their credit history looks like. The template asks about this directly: whether they've had loans before, whether they're behind on payments now, whether they've gone through bankruptcy or debt restructuring, how they verify income (pay stubs, a tax return or nothing at all). With these answers your advisor knows what they're working with before the call.
Wording deserves a separate note. In this niche it's easy to slip into promises like "approved regardless of credit history": you can't do that. The bank makes the decision, not the broker, and a promise you don't control will backfire. The honest framing is "we find lenders where your situation qualifies" and "we tell you what to improve before you apply".
There's no need to collect government ID numbers, current contract numbers or income documents in the quiz: at this stage the overall picture and contact info are enough. Everything else is requested later, when working on the specific application, along with a data processing consent the applicant understands.
