How it works
A regular review form collects two extremes: delight and complaints. A quiz works differently: it takes the person through short steps, and the ordinary majority makes it to the last question. First the service rating, then willingness to recommend on a slider, then whether expectations were met, and only at the end an open field.
The most valuable part of a survey like this isn't the average but the fork that comes after. It makes sense to send a happy customer to leave a review: the final page can work as a redirect to Google Maps or the marketplace where you sell. An unhappy customer goes to a follow-up form where they can calmly explain what went wrong, and only you see it, not the public. Both branches are set up with display conditions, no development needed.
The key is not to turn the survey into an interrogation: five steps at most, and the open field never required. And before launching, decide honestly what you'll do with the answers: a survey that changes nothing soon collects nothing but irritation. The easiest way to send it is as a link in a message after delivery or a QR code on the receipt.
