How it works
In tattooing, the client comes with an idea, and the artist needs specifics: style, placement, size, budget. The quiz gathers them before the conversation. The first question is whether they already have tattoos: a first-timer has different fears and doubts, and it helps the artist to know in advance.
The style is chosen from images (realism, geometric, minimalism, tribal, biomechanical, lettering) plus a "not sure yet" option. Replace those images with your own work: that way the question works as both a portfolio and a filter. Body placement defines difficulty and price: a wrist and a back are very different sessions. The budget is asked with a slider, which is more honest than advertising a "starting at" price: the artist sees right away whether the idea is realistic for that amount.
The ink allergy question lets you schedule a patch test in advance instead of discovering the problem with the client already in the chair. Don't collect health details in the quiz: that's a conversation with the artist. And then there's age: many studios only work with adults, and if that's your rule, put the age question first so you don't collect requests you'll have to turn down anyway.
