How it works

A post-webinar survey only gets answered in the first few minutes after the stream: an hour later nobody opens it. That's why the template is short: four questions, two of them multiple choice. It's best to share the link right at the close of the stream and repeat it in the email with the recording.

The first question is where the attendee heard about the webinar: social media, ads, emails, friends. It's the most underrated part of the survey. The registration form usually doesn't ask about the channel, and here people name it themselves, so you see which channel brings not just sign-ups but people who stay until the end.

The usefulness rating is binary: yes or no. A ten-point scale gives false precision here, because after a free webinar people rarely give low scores out of politeness, and a simple question forces them to decide. Keep the free-text fields optional. To get more out of the survey, add a question about the topic of the next webinar: it's a content plan built by your own audience.

FAQ
The template is free. You only pay for leads: 20 free leads when you sign up, no expiration, then from $0.20 per lead or unlimited from $19/month. Each completed survey counts as a lead, so if you get a lot of responses, unlimited is the better deal.
Right at the close of the stream, with a link in the chat, and again in the email with the recording. An hour after the end, response rates drop several times over.
After a free webinar people rarely give low scores out of politeness, and a scale shows a nice-looking but useless number. A binary question is more honest.
Yes, add a question with future topic options or a free-text field. It's the cheapest way to plan the content of your next streams.
Yes. Contact form fields can be left optional or removed entirely: then responses arrive without a name or phone number.
