How it works
Towing is the most urgent service there is: the person is stuck on the shoulder of the road and doesn't choose on price, but on who answered fastest. Here the quiz doesn't replace the phone: it works exactly where they couldn't reach you or where talking isn't convenient, at night, on the highway, after a crash. It collects everything the dispatcher would ask out loud: from where, to where, what vehicle.
The key question is the vehicle's condition. Whether it runs, won't start, has locked wheels or steering, has been in a crash or ended up in a ditch: that determines which truck goes out, a wheel-lift, a flatbed, a boom truck or one with a winch. Sending the wrong truck means losing an hour and losing the customer. The vehicle type (car, SUV or pickup, van, commercial truck, motorcycle) serves the same purpose.
In the template, urgency is split into “urgent, 30–60 minutes,” “sometime today” and “on a specific date.” Keep the first option only if you can really get there in that time: promising a truck and not showing up is worse than an honest “about an hour and a half.” Handle scheduled tows, the ones with a date, separately: they're calm jobs and often more profitable.
