How it works
The main question in new construction sales isn't "which unit" but "what for". To live in, to rent out or to resell are three different buyers with different priorities: one cares about the neighborhood and the floor plan, another about yield and liquidity, the third about the construction stage and appreciation potential. The template starts right there, and from that point on the agent talks to the buyer in their own language.
Size, area and budget come as ready-made ranges, not open fields: easier to answer and easier to match. In the template they're set up for a resort-town market, so replace the areas, amounts and sizes with your own. The logic of the questions, however, works for any city.
The last question, how ready they are for a viewing, is especially useful with out-of-town buyers: "I can't, I'm not in town", "I'll come to the viewing", "set up an online tour for me". These are different sales scenarios, and a large share of new construction buyers in resort towns and big cities buy remotely. For them, an online tour isn't a consolation prize but a normal path to closing, so the quiz should offer it upfront.
