How it works
A real estate agent gets two opposite streams of inquiries, and each needs different handling: buyers need property shortlists and showings; sellers need a valuation and help preparing the property for sale. In a regular form both look the same: name and phone. This template starts with a question about the goal and then takes each person down their own branch: sellers are asked what exactly they're selling; buyers, the purpose of the purchase, number of bedrooms and area.
Making the area a separate question is no accident: in real estate it's the parameter that narrows the selection most and where expectations differ most often. When you know it in advance, the first conversation starts with specific properties rather than figuring out geography.
The quiz doesn't just end with contact info but with choosing a consultation day. For the agency, that moves the request one step forward: instead of "call me sometime", there's a specific appointment on the calendar, and the client has consciously chosen the time.
